the union that transforms them
Subsumed into a solution of ionized
frenzy antagonized by an army of
We, Giants of Gas and Gun
Precipitated by the Sun
Fighting for one another
Bothered by noone
Voices turn into vices latched onto
the knees of uncertain actors
Color intensifies into light in a
blinding impulse of violets
Rocketed to the core of violent
seismic vibrations driven ashore
We rage with the tides
Wherever they are pulled
Not a day passes unfilled
until it has felt your presence
Staring into the absolute uncertain
that a reunion will occur
Drawn away from the earth to return
in one momentous gesture
A simple intertwining of form
As if after floating in nothing forever
the familiar earthen hues re-emerge

High over hell-water by a visions glance
Summoned and standing with Pestilence
It marks the stranger
Upon their breast
I’m walking down the streets and there’s nobody there
I’m half a person and don’t seem to care
Looking over rooftops by myself
I light a fire and nobody helps
This will be my last and only home
There’s no other one I’ve tried and crowed
But something keeps bubbling inside of me
I don’t know what it is I can’t unsee
Haunted by the crest of my breath keeps filling me
Looking out to find something that’s right beneath a breeze
What is yet but a whisper that soothes
What is it about the crack in the groove
The crack is the life that fills
That picks me right up and makes me move
